About Lorrie


Lorrie discovered her passion for Vinyasa yoga in 2006. An avid health and fitness enthusiast her entire life, she found that yoga not only enhanced her physical strength and flexibility, but also allowed her to live life with a greater sense of peace, clarity, compassion and understanding.

After experiencing the amazing physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga over years of personal practice, she decided to share this gift with others by becoming a certified instructor in 2009. Lorrie strives to create a challenging yet supportive environment for students of all levels. Her classes are based upon the belief that yoga is about celebrating the communication that happens when both breath and awareness are brought into movement and stillness.

Lorrie finds teaching to be an incredibly rewarding experience, and enjoys supporting her students in developing their physical practice, as well as gaining a deeper appreciation for yoga as a tool for self-transformation. Her goal is to help inspire others to joyfully pursue the peace and inner strength that yoga brings to life, both on an off the mat. 

Lorrie completed her 200 hour teacher training certification with CorePower Yoga in April 2009, and is a registered member of Yoga Alliance.

1:30 - 2:30pm – Sol Yoga (UTC) – Sol 60


Sunday

9:30-10:30am – Sol Yoga (UTC) – Intermediate Vinyasa

11:00-12:15pm – Sol Yoga (UTC) –Sol 75
